This product is a set of digital files for downloading. These files are then used for laser cutting and DIY assembly. Files are downloaded as a zip folder containinga set of DXF files and pdf instructions.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
The THOR MPAS Welding Squares are available in a variety of sizes.
The THOR Welding Square is generally used in pairs to elevate potential fixing positions above the welding table surface.
The square can also be used to extend fixing positions over the side of the welding table when accommodating larger assemblies. (Extension Squares and Blocks can only be fixed to the sides of Series-100/150 welding tables)
THOR Squares were designed with 16mm holes on 3 different plains making them true 3D fixturing devices.
The Squares can either be assembled as a right or a left version.

Manufactured by means of highly accurate laser cutting from 5mm hot rolled mild steel for ultimate durability and easy welding.

16mm industry standard holes with 25mm spacing in-between holes.

Slotted oblong holes for precise adjustment and fixation.

Curved slotted oblong hole for stepless setting at any angle.

The THOR tables and components is sold in a self assembly kit form reducing manufacturing costs. (Components can be pre-assembled by request. Ask for a price quote.)

Welding Squares are available in two versions, a Series-50 and a Series-100. The Series indicate the width of the Square with the Series-50 being 50mm wide and the Series-100 being a 100mm.
