THOR Welding Innovations DXF CAD design files for laser cutting and self-assembly

THOR products are available in a digital file format for downloading, laser cutting and DIY assembly. Files are downloaded as a zip folder containing a set of DXF files of each component and is accompanied by pdf instructions making processing of your laser cutting order simple and straight forward.

The DXF zip parcel gets provided with clear instructions to help customers process their order with their local laser cutting firm.

Once you have collected your table components, simply follow the easy assembly instructions.

The THOR Index Weld Table is designed to make use of the innovative Flag & Groove concept making for straight forward assembly as components can only lock together in one specific way. 

Thor products can be assembled in any workshop using either a MIG or TIG welder as well as a variety of conventional clamps or threaded rods and fasteners. Simply follow the assembly instructions and your Thor product will be perfectly straight and square in all 3 dimensions.

• Manufactured by means of highly accurate laser cutting out of 6 mm hot rolled mild steel for ultimate durability and easy welding.
• 16 mm industry standard holes with 50 mm spacing in between holes.
• THOR tables and components are supplied in a CAD DXF file format for laser cutting and self-assembly.
• The innovative Flag & Groove design together with proper clamping ensures straight surfaces and the elimination of any welding distortion during the assembly process.

The THOR Assembly Tables are available in Series-50, Series-100 and Series-150 versions.

Light Duty: Series-50, 

The Series-50 being the light duty table with 50 mm support base and no shoulder, makes this table great for the hobbyist. The support base has 250 mm spacing between Spines and Ribs.

Medium Duty: Series-100

The Series-100 tables comes with a 100 mm deep shoulder and has a 100 mm support base with 250 mm spacing between support base Spines and Ribs. This table allows more than one table to be bolted together as well is other components like Extension Wings to be added to the sides.

Heavy Duty: Series-150

The Series-150 table is the heavy duty version with 150 mm deep shoulder and support base and comes with 200 mm spacing between support base Spines and Ribs. This table allows more than one table to be bolted together as well is other components like Extension Wings to be added to the sides.
